NOW Hiring Indianapolis, IN - Home Health Aide / Caregiver - Full time and Part-time. Caregiver Direct is looking for compassionate people looking to make a difference in their communities. We have immediate openings for Home Health Aides / Caregivers who can provide companion support and caring assistance for seniors to allow them to stay in their homes safely, with their friends and family. This is important work and we're looking for caring individuals willing to help. Work one on one with patients in their homes. Enable clients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording patient condition, providing support and personal services, and teaching families.

Monitors client condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise.
Supports clients by providing housekeeping and laundry services, shopping for food and other household requirements, preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands.
Assists clients by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Helps clients care for themselves by teaching the use of cane or walker, special utensils to eat, special techniques and equipment for personal hygiene.
Helps family members care for the patient by teaching appropriate ways to lift, turn, and re-position the patient.
Advises on nutrition, cleanliness, and housekeeping.
Records client information by making entries in the patient journal and notifying the nursing supervisor of changing or unusual conditions.
