The Business Operations Analyst will support the development or refinement of key business processes and act as a conduit to the field to ensure understanding and adherence. This role will be integral to the change management process ensuring adoption of new processes and tools through effective collaboration, communication and performance measures.Provide representation and feedback cross-functionally to ensure integration in business process and system requirements and ensure enablement programs are in line with business needs/strategy.Develop and support the Customer Success business processes and help guide operational efficiency and quality across the CS segments and verticalsProvide recommendations on action to be taken based on strategic objectives, forecast, or performance metricsServe as a critical project team member on key/highly visible strategic projects for Customer SuccessEffectively communicate, market and reinforce operational processes and enablement programs, working closely with the Customer Success Training teamDeliver reporting and ad hoc analyses supporting business performance metrics and areas of improvementPartner with the Customer Success Portfolio Manager on project planning and strategyActively lead and develop framework & content that supports business cadence like business reviews and quarterly operational reviewsContribute to a business performance management cadence which includes trend analysis and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)Manage/develop and coordinate, feedback processes aimed at driving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements to workflows within the Professional Services group and with other departmentsAct as a trusted advisor and resource to the leadership team; Provide proactive insight and recommendations to improve business performance and operational efficiencyQualifications5 + years of Financial and/or Operations business experience with previous experience supporting a Professional Services organization is a plusExperience in managing multiple cross-organizational relationships and projectsHas developed core business processes, documented and continually optimizedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools a plusWorking knowledge of systems such as professional services automation applications and SalesForce.comCorporate overviewYou re empowered when you re a Kronite.
