Overview We are looking for a Full Time (32-40 hours a week) Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a permanent homecare Licensed Practical Nurse position in the Home Health Care setting. The pay and benefits for this Licensed Practical Nurse position are very generous. The position has a flexible schedule in that you schedule your own patients and you are allowed to fit your own appointments in between your visits as needed. The nurse will be making visits to the homes of patients with subacute med/surg diagnoses. The LPN must is not required to have Home Health experience, however the nurse must have at least one year of experience with complex wounds, wound VACS and phlebotomy in any setting if no home health experience.
