Aerotek is currently hiring for Patient Access Reps for a highly sought after healthcare employer in Indianapolis, IN. The best candidates will be empathetic and people focused, desiring to provide the best patient experience possible.
Job Duties:

Welcome patients as they enter the facility
Gather patient demographic and insurance information
Collect co-pays
Answer phone calls

Must have:

2+ years of customer service experience (can be from restaurant/food industry, retail, call center, etc.)
Passion for helping others
Desire to work in a clinic or hospital setting

Shift: will be assigned any 8 hour shift between 7am-6pm
