Were also small enough for you to find your fit and personal passion with a team of dependable, innovative thinkers who are developing their careers within a diverse, inclusive, empowering environment.This is an exciting opportunity in Indianapolis, Indiana for a talented Global Health & Wellness Benefits and Clinical Sr. Director to lead the global and regional alignment of benefits, onsite medical clinics, insurances, communication programs, and other tools with the Live Well guiding principles.Your impact will happen in these and other ways:Provides a high quality, affordable health care delivery system for employees and their families.Provides access to a benefit program and lifestyle services that engages employees and their families in behaviors to support a lifetime of health and well-being.Provides our employees and their families with the same level of quality service we deliver to our customers who buy our products.Leads the identification and response to global and regional health and wellness risks and demonstrates success by improving health outcomes.Leads the accurate forecasting of global health expense, the management of the US health accrual, and the management of the global health insurance captive.Achieves a sustainable health and wellness program that is affordable for employees and families.Provides overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the program management activities across multiple functional areas.Drives the establishment of objectives, plans, standards, risk identification, and policies ensuring successful implementation of all phases of program managementPartners with business executives to identify short and long-term projects plans; develops and maintains strong relationships across the organization.Builds a global internal team capable of executing the strategy, leveraging, managing and holding accountable outside stakeholders, and problem solving for the company, leaders and employees.Builds a global external team that is capable of providing the resources to execute the strategy and problem solve on behalf of the company, employees and families.Keeps business leadership apprised of program status and developments; monitors project success measures and understands the status of specific projects and assignments.Formulates annual operational and financial budgets as they relate to unit objectives.Develops, leads, and motivates project management staff; sets goals in training and development, performance, and career planning.
