This seasoned professional will play a key role with PMO leadership to ensure consistency and quality in PMO related data, processes, and solutions. This role will help identify and drive best practices and innovation opportunities to enable the PMO to scale and deliver business value.Responsibilities:*Implement best practices and standards to ensure consistency and quality across the entire portfolio of IT programs.*Administer the data and structure of the PMO solutions that are used to manage all IT programs and portfolios.*Prepare for, support the facilitation of, and conduct follow ups for large portfolio level meetings (change requests, operational reviews, portfolio reviews).*Enable and onboard new program managers to the organization.*Analyze program data to identify trends and opportunities to improve the management of financials, timelines, resources, and overall quality.*Participate in the continuous improvement of PMO methodologies and practices leveraged by program managers.Experience/Skills Required:*2+ years of IT program coordination and / or program management experience*Experience using project management and collaboration tools including: PlanView, Smartsheets, G Suite (Google).*Experience working as part of a global IT PMO with an understanding of best practices.*Excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills working with colleagues in multiple global locations.*Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.*Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions.*Ability to prioritize tasks and meet SLA s to provide fantastic service to the PMO.*Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.*Ambitious, detail-oriented professional that is self-directed.Experience/Skills Desired:*Bachelors of Science in CS, MIS, related technical degree or equivalent work experience*CAPM or PMP Certification*Experience working with software development teams, with strong preference for those who have managed in Agile/scrum environmentsACCOMMODATIONS - If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.POSTING STATEMENTAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
