We have a need for a reliable, professional Receptionist for a business office in Muncie, IN. In this role, you will assisting the team with any daily clerical needs while managing general administrative duties. This is full time hours to cover a medical leave until January 2021.
As a Receptionist, you'll spend your days working with a great team of people in a small office environment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop important job skills and enhance your resume. You will answering calls, greet visitors upon arrival, assist with a variety of data entry tasks, sort incoming and outgoing mail, all while providing excellent customer service.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, | Friday 8am - noon.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and provide general support to all visitors
- Assist in data entry of various projects
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Handle requests and queries from sales team and managers
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and Excel).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree
