As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will help our dealership network by efficiently and accurately performing accounting and clerical tasks related to the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills relevant to an accounts receivable position, with at least one year of recent applicable experience. WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE Commitment: Assist in ensuring both PAG employees and customers receive excellent service and timely payments. Excellence: Provide a timely accounting of all receivable statements monthly, including reconciliation and follow-ups with collections, as well as reference checks on credit applications and memos to increase customer credit lines. Accountability: Understand and comply with all regulations that affects the accounting department, and perform tasks accurately, fairly and in accordance with local, state and federal statutes, as well as company policies.
